MS10-048 (KB2160329).
"I've posted my patch for MS10-048 above (see the first page for the download link, as usual). in addition to the security patches to win32k.sys, this one has a bonus -- I've ported 32-bit icon support to win32k.sys and user32.dll. This doesn't update comctl32.dll though, so you'll still need Daedalus2. In fact, this breaks compatibility with Daedalus2 0.0.7, and I've posted Daedalus2 0.0.8 in the Customizing Windows forum section.
So why did I bother? Eventually I'd like to patch comctl32.dll, and then Daedalus will no longer be needed. In the meantime, Daedalus2 will be able to be a lot less intrusive since it won't have to worry about adding compatibility to user32.dll. Consider this update the first step of getting native 32-bit icon support. Even without Daedalus2 installed, 32-bit icons will work under certain circumstances -- basically, any time an image list isn't involved. One way you can test it is to right-click on a 32-bit icon and look at the Properties page -- while it might not render correctly on the desktop without Daedalus2 (since the desktop uses an image list), it will render correctly on the properties page (since an image list isn't involved)."
